About This Role:

This position is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring overall client satisfaction, and developing a complete understanding of the client's business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple client relationships, providing exceptional service to ensure timely delivery and issue-resolution.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, objectives, goals, and market challenges.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with client contacts, identifying opportunities to add value through anticipating possible solutions.
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging issues, products, and services, advising clients on their impact on their business and our services.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities, participating in the development of solutions to meet client needs and coordinate presentations.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of new services, communicating emerging needs and collaborating with internal partners to enhance profitability.

Your Skills:

  • Experience in asset servicing and superannuation.
  • A strong awareness of risk to both the client and the organization.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to identify and resolve client issues.
  • Evidence of technical and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation and influence skills to explain complex products and processes.
  • Proven experience in financial servicing operations and superannuation with a client servicing background.
