Job Overview

We seek a seasoned professional to drive exceptional results in residential energy efficiency. As our Technical Sales Specialist, you will be the critical interface between clients, assessment teams, and pathways enabling upgrade implementation.


Main Responsibilities
  • Provide authoritative advice on residential energy efficiency, appliance performance, and upgrade pathways.
  • Interpret and explain Scorecard outcomes, NatHERS principles, and thermal performance data with confidence.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships supporting both technical credibility and commercial outcomes.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Home Energy Efficiency & Sustainability AND Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking OR 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Deep knowledge of residential energy performance and regulatory compliance.
  • Direct experience in financial services, lending, or equipment finance.
  • Exceptional professional communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
