Energy Efficient Upgrade Specialist

Renewable Energy Upgrades is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Retrofitters. As a key player in the Victorian Government's VEU Program, you will play a vital role in promoting energy efficiency and reducing carbon emissions by providing energy-saving products and services to residential premises across Victoria.
We are looking for dedicated and self-motivated individuals who can work independently or as part of a team to achieve installation targets and contribute to the overall success of the program. If you have strong interpersonal skills, a basic technical aptitude, and a commitment to environmental sustainability, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic installations of VEU energy-saving products at residential premises.
- Engage in door-to-door fieldwork to educate homeowners about the benefits of energy-efficient upgrades and secure their participation in the VEU Program.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, appointments, and interactions with homeowners.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve installation targets and contribute to the overall success of the program.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing homeowners' inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Retrofitting certification is preferred but not required.
- Full training will be provided instead.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with homeowners.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable working outdoors and engaging in door-to-door interactions.
- Basic technical aptitude and the ability to follow installation guidelines.
- A commitment to promoting energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
