Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to provide administrative assistance to Partners, Managers, and Accountants. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client correspondence and database management
- Preparation and maintenance of financial documents
- Fee preparation and ATO correspondence
- Formatting and compilation of documents for clients
- Scanning, emailing, and filing
- Relief reception duties and general office support
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role within an accounting practice (highly desirable)
- Experience with tax assessments and electronic lodgement
- Familiarity with ATO forms and requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Proven experience with software such as Microsoft Office
