Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to provide administrative assistance to Partners, Managers, and Accountants. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client correspondence and database management
  • Preparation and maintenance of financial documents
  • Fee preparation and ATO correspondence
  • Formatting and compilation of documents for clients
  • Scanning, emailing, and filing
  • Relief reception duties and general office support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar role within an accounting practice (highly desirable)
  • Experience with tax assessments and electronic lodgement
  • Familiarity with ATO forms and requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Proven experience with software such as Microsoft Office
