
Senior Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth across our diverse portfolio of brands.
The role is pivotal in maintaining and growing key relationships across our online platform, crematorium, and catering division.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to deliver the company's growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service.
- Understand client needs and pain points, and provide tailored solutions to address them.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the organisation with software development, admin, operations and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- Provide regular updates and reports on account performance and pipeline.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, account management, or technical client support, preferably in B2B & software.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and managed services.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with small to medium business owner clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering value to clients.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate technical information into business value.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to manage client issues promptly.
