Corporate Trainer Position

This role involves training new hires and ongoing classes in mortgage loan processing, system use, and introduction to Encompass software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop mortgage curriculum and job aids for all employees.
  • Conduct training sessions on mortgage loan processing, software implementation, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide feedback on training effectiveness and individual employee performance.
  • Coordinate training meetings and events.
  • Improve training methods and skills by introducing new techniques.
  • Complete annual E-Learning Plans.
  • Articulate performance outcomes for trainees and managers.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • 5-7 years of mortgage processing experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a training role.
  • Excellent training techniques, public speaking, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to develop quality training material.
  • Proficient in time management, organization, planning, and prioritization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
