Corporate Processing Trainer

This role is responsible for developing and conducting training classes to improve mortgage processing knowledge among employees. The trainer will create curriculum, job aids, and conduct web-based training sessions. They will also provide feedback on the effectiveness of training and individual employee performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop mortgage curriculum and job aids for all employees to train and reinforce mortgage processing knowledge.
  • Conduct training sessions related to mortgage loan processing, software applications, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of training and individual employee results, job performance, and future learning plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • 5-7 years of mortgage processing experience preferred.
  • Excellent training techniques, public speaking, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
