Job Summary: The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding of mortgage lending and be able to analyze client needs to recommend appropriate products. This role involves generating prospective mortgage loan clients, analyzing their needs, recommending mortgage products, and managing the loan origination process from approval to closing. Key responsibilities include:
  • Generating prospective mortgage loan clients
  • Analyzing client mortgage needs and recommending mortgage products
  • Learning and maintaining knowledge of available mortgage lending products
  • Collecting necessary documentation from borrowers to complete the loan approval process
  • Managing pipeline for loan origination through approval and closing
  • Maintaining high level of customer service and providing updates to customers during the loan process
  • Effectively working referral network to grow portfolio of customers
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 1+ years current Mortgage Loan Originator experience, be trustworthy and dependable, detail-oriented, and able to organize and prioritize tasks. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an Associate degree preferred. Additionally, candidates should be analytical, able to problem-solve and multi-task, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Benefits:
