Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Training Specialist to join our team. As a Corporate Processing Trainer, you will play a vital role in developing and conducting training classes for employees.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Develop curriculum and job aids to reinforce mortgage processing knowledge and improve employee performance.
  • Conduct sessions on mortgage loan processing, software applications, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide feedback on training effectiveness and individual employee performance.
  • Coordinate training meetings and events, including traveling up to 50% to affiliate locations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field.
  • Proven experience in training delivery, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
