Human Resources Manager Job Description

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, shaping the company culture, and establishing foundational human resources practices tailored to regional needs.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to advise on strategic decisions and support positive organisational culture across Asia Pacific offices.
  • Develop scalable human resources frameworks, including performance management, talent development, and leadership support that align with both global priorities and local requirements.
  • Partner on new employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a consistent and supportive start to every employee's journey.
  • Maintain compliance with local employment laws and industrial relations requirements across relevant jurisdictions.
  • Design and deliver learning and development initiatives focusing on leadership capability, HR compliance, employee engagement, and ongoing professional growth.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years' progressive HR experience. They should possess in-depth knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices, including demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations matters.
