Leadership Role for HR in Northern Region

This is a key role supporting business operations across NSW, ACT and QLD. It offers meaningful scope, strong partnership and growth opportunities.

The successful candidate will lead day-to-day HR delivery: employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and recruitment. They will partner with regional and site leaders to build leadership capability and drive people performance.

About the Job

Based at Ingleburn site (4 days/week), you'll undertake monthly visits to other sites to ensure visibility, support local leaders and strengthen engagement. You'll work closely with operational leaders and frontline managers on people management practices.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic partnerships with regional and site leaders to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead HR initiatives: employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and recruitment.
  • Support change management and culture development.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to operational leaders and frontline managers on people management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR leadership in manufacturing, logistics or blue-collar industries.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility across stakeholder groups.
  • Knowledge of employee relations, performance management and workforce development.
  • Exposure to EBA processes or unionised environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others.
