
Medical Front Desk Representative

As a medical front desk representative, you will be part of a dynamic team in a specialist healthcare facility. Your exceptional customer service skills and effective communication abilities will make you an asset to the team. You will be required to work on Mondays through Fridays, with possible shifts from 9am to 5pm. This role is full-time or part-time, with the option to progress to a permanent position after 12 months of good service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to patients and their families
- Manage front office operations, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team
- Be proficient in medical software and have strong computer skills
- 1 year of experience in medical administration (preferred)
- 1 year of experience in customer service (preferred)
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
