Job Description:
We're seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as caregivers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and assistance to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Be personable and approachable
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards clients' needs
• Have a valid Australian driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Be willing to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
• Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
• Have relevant experience in the aged care or disability sector (desirable)
