- A true passion for caring for others and delivering personalised holistic care that supports residents' needs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent).
- Current AHPRA registration (Nursing).
- Experience providing nursing services in aged care settings.
- An appreciation for accurate reporting and documentation management.
About this Opportunity
You will have the time to keep a nurturing eye on each resident's condition, providing proactive care that enriches their daily life. You will also be responsible for managing care plans that support residents' holistic needs, providing respectful, tailored support that empowers their choices and independence.
This role requires a strong leader who can effectively supervise and delegate tasks to our PCA/AINs, ensuring seamless care delivery and high-quality outcomes.
