You will provide individualised support to our clients, helping them to achieve their goals and live life to the fullest. Your expertise and experience will enable you to develop meaningful relationships with our clients and their families, providing a sense of security and trust that is essential for our service users.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person-centred care that respects the dignity and autonomy of our clients.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as showering, dressing and medication management.
  • Supporting clients with mobility issues or other health conditions that require assistance with daily living.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to our clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Current Australian Driver's License and willingness to travel
  • Registered and insured vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
