We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our Home Care team in the beautiful Hastings region. As an integral member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
About You
- You must be registered with the AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse and have one year of experience in a residential aged care setting.
- Strong communication and documentation skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain accurate records and provide exceptional care to our residents.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate care plans and ensure compliance throughout each shift.
- Lead the care team and advise on the allocation of care staff.
- Provide safe and high-quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Promote a positive resident experience through a person-centered approach.
- Maintain accurate documentation as per organizational standards.
