About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Liaison to join our team.

The role plays a crucial part in ensuring families have a positive experience from initial contact through to the end of their service with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to families and other stakeholders, maintaining accurate records within our system and supporting them through the service delivery process.
  • Maintain accurate child attendance records for submission to relevant authorities.
  • Ongoing monitoring and management of accounts to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support Centre Directors and staff with enquiries from families and provide training on key systems.
  • Adhere to all standardised administrative systems and procedures to support service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to continuously improve systems and processes.
  • Participate in achieving organisational objectives and goals.
  • Answer telephone calls and champion a customer-focused service culture.
  • Perform other duties as required, within the scope of the role and your skills and experience.

Working Arrangements
