Nursing Professional – Patient Care Specialist

Seeking a highly skilled and dedicated nursing professional to join our team in the Subiaco Endoscopy Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in a modern endoscopy service.
About the Role- Deliver high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating patient needs with support from senior staff as required.
- Establish effective communication channels to facilitate teamwork and cooperation within the department and hospital.
- Contribute to mental health promotion and educational programs for patients, families, and carers.
- Support and supervise staff and students as required, including orientating and preceptoring staff.
- Current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality patient care and satisfaction.
- Well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Recent clinical experience working in an Endoscopy specialty.
- RNs: $79,755 - $102,048 per annum (pro rata for part-time), plus 12% superannuation.
- ENs: $72,637 - $77,480 per annum (pro rata for part-time), plus 12% superannuation.
