Nurse Specialist in Patient Safety

The Clinical Nurse Specialist–Safety & Quality plays a crucial role in leading, coordinating, and supporting activities related to the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective safety and quality standards within the organization.
This position contributes to the accreditation, evaluation, and quality improvement program on behalf of the Medical Division.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with healthcare teams to identify and address potential safety risks
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient safety and quality outcomes
- Providing education and training to healthcare staff on safe practices and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on safety and quality metrics
The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be committed to providing high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.
