Patient Centric Care Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join our team on a full-time or part-time permanent basis. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be supported by a highly experienced team of professionals offering many years of experience in the specialty.
You will be responsible for delivering quality-nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual patient care. This will involve:
- Assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans.
- Providing high-quality nursing care while maintaining a safe environment.
- Developing and utilizing strategies that encourage effective communication among healthcare teams.
- Working in partnership with patients and families to promote beneficial relationships and improve patient outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current registration with AHPRA.
- A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with the majority in critical/coronary care.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
- A post-graduate certificate in critical/coronary/cardiac nursing is essential for success, or past experience considered alongside willingness to enrol in a post-graduate program.
