Enablement Specialist Role

This role is responsible for providing continuous support and delivery of ongoing education and training for sales teams.

  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in hospitality, and at least 1 year in a sales training or enablement role.
  • They will be able to work independently and across multiple timezones, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and create content.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop training and enablement content, leveraging technology such as Workramp LMS, Chorus.ai, and Google Sites.
  2. Manage and deliver training programs, providing live and virtual training to sales reps.
  3. Provide direct feedback and hold the sales team accountable for goals and adoption of processes and tools.
  4. Ramping Account Executives with relevant feedback/coaching to improve individual performance.
  5. Certify competencies in our sales process and Sandler sales methodology.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of sales metrics and how to influence them.
  • Ability to understand the sales process and ascertain strengths/weaknesses in sellers.
  • Willing to travel 10% of the time within Australia and internationally to other markets.
