As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties and providing exceptional tenant liaison services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small portfolio of tenants across various properties
  • Tenant liaison and communication
  • Maintain high-quality presentation and operation of assets
  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports on property performance
  • Effective communication with team members and tenants
  • Prepare strategies to maximize leasing opportunities and effectively position vacancies
  • Accounts payable and receivable, as well as additional invoicing scope
  • Lease administration and other administrative duties
