As a Lead Generation Expert, you will be responsible for driving business growth through outbound marketing efforts. You will generate qualified appointments, engage with prospects, and develop leads to support our dynamic sales team.

- Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers at client companies
- Regular reviews and coaching opportunities to ensure success
- Daily KPI's to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with experienced industry professionals to stay up-to-date on best practices

**Requirements:**

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy, data entry, and organisational skills
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of the sales industry (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
