Campus Solutions Implementation Expert

This is a level 3 role working on service requests and standard support tickets. You will collaborate with teams across Australia and India, aligned to Adelaide time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, addressing tickets and service requests.
- Collaborate with local and offshore teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Engage in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, business process mapping, configuration, and testing.
- Deliver high-quality documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test scripts.
- Contribute expertise on best practices, options, risks, and impacts during solution design and delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5-6 years' experience as a PeopleSoft consultant.
- Strong hands-on expertise across at least 5 PeopleSoft modules (e.g., Community, Recruiting, Student Records, Financials, Academic Structure).
- Experience with SQL, PS Queries, and Integration Broker monitoring.
- Proven ability in full systems development lifecycle, from requirements to testing.
- Solid background in quality assurance, including test planning and execution.
- Previous experience supporting higher education environments is highly desirable.
Nice to Have:
- Integration knowledge of other PeopleSoft modules (HCM, Finance).
- PeopleTools Certification.
