Seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Campus Functional Consultant to join a team on a 3-month contract. This is a Level 3 functional role working on service requests and standard support tickets, collaborating with teams across Australia and India.

  • Provide functional support for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, addressing tickets and service requests.
  • Collaborate with local and offshore teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Engage in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, business process mapping, configuration, and testing.
  • Deliver high-quality documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test scripts.
  • Contribute expertise on best practices, options, risks, and impacts during solution design and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-6 years' experience as a PeopleSoft Campus Functional Consultant.
  • Strong hands-on expertise across at least 5 PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.x modules (e.g., Campus Community, Recruiting & Admissions, Student Records, Student Financials, Academic Structure, Gradebook, Academic Advisement, Self Service).
  • Experience with SQL, PS Queries, and Integration Broker monitoring.
  • Proven ability in full systems development lifecycle, from requirements to testing.
  • Solid background in quality assurance, including test planning and execution.
  • Previous experience supporting higher education / university environments is highly desirable.

Nice to Have

  • Integration knowledge of other PeopleSoft modules (HCM, Finance, ELM).
  • PeopleTools Certification.
