Our organization seeks a seasoned PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Functional Consultant to provide expert support and cover a team member's absence. This role falls under the Level 3 functional category, focusing on addressing service requests and standard support tickets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver functional support for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions by addressing tickets and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with local and offshore teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Contribute expertise to requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, business process mapping, configuration, and testing.
  • Develop high-quality documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test scripts.
  • Provide valuable insights on best practices, options, risks, and impacts during solution design and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-6 years' experience as a PeopleSoft Campus Functional Consultant.
  • Strong hands-on expertise across at least 5 PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.x modules (e.g., Campus Community, Recruiting & Admissions, Student Records, Student Financials, Academic Structure, Gradebook, Academic Advisement, Self Service).
  • Experience with SQL, PS Queries, and Integration Broker monitoring.
  • Proven ability in full systems development lifecycle, from requirements to testing.
  • Solid background in quality assurance, including test planning and execution.
  • Prior experience supporting higher education/university environments is highly desirable.

Desirable Skills:

  • Integration knowledge of other PeopleSoft modules (HCM, Finance, ELM).
  • PeopleTools Certification.
