As a senior level Business Development Specialist, you'll be part of a diverse and ambitious team celebrating creativity and collaboration.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities across new and existing accounts, forecasting accurately to achieve business targets and predict future revenue.
- Pursue deals that meet business objectives, aligning with our strategy and goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers using consultative selling approaches, understanding challenges and opportunities with empathy, active listening, responsiveness, and creativity.
- Lead prospects through the full customer lifecycle, applying effective project methodologies to achieve outcomes and position products strategically.
- Leverage our sales toolkit to drive trust and impact across the services sales cycle (pitch, scoping, high-level demo, negotiations, and legal coordination).
- Negotiate and manage senior stakeholders, presenting and refining proposals to achieve outcomes for our organisation.
- Represent our organisation as an external ambassador, promoting our culture, values, and behaviours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and industry partners to maximise opportunities in B2B enterprise deals.
- Identify, research, and engage target organisations to open new accounts, build relationships with key stakeholders, and run tailored outreach campaigns.
- Maintain strong pipeline coverage for net new revenue growth.
- Strong domain knowledge of business systems and processes.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels, including executive and C-level.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills to deliver value-based proposals.
- Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Broad technology experience and awareness of technology trends.
- Solid understanding of digital services concepts and ability to position products against competitors.
- Ability to work in a competitive, high-pressure environment and make sound decisions for our organisation.
- Ability to plan and meet deadlines to meet business requirements.
- Knowledge of IT business development processes and contract experience.
- Understanding of technology delivery and agile methodologies.
