We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Document Controller to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize work according to business drivers, and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Robustly participate and interact with Study Managers, Project Managers, Lead Package Engineers, Contracts and Procurement team, Service Providers, Vendors, and Stakeholders to properly control Company and project-related documentation.
  • Follow and improve document control procedures applied to all project phases.
  • Ensure incoming and outgoing documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.
  • Maintain efficient information management through systematic sorting, storing, and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of the company.
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to various stakeholders.
  • Attend and conduct regular information management reviews with stakeholders and document audits.
  • Timely release of shared documents to project stakeholders to support and facilitate project targets and completion while maintaining confidentiality around sensitive documentation.
About You
  • At least 3 years' experience in project document control, ideally within a resources environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of document control applications such as FusionLive or Teambinder.
  • Solid understanding of project document control processes and techniques.
  • Understanding of project management and engineering methodologies throughout the project lifecycle, specifically in the areas of study development and project delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization, and writing skills.
  • Highly organized, ability to multi-task, and good attention to detail.
