Chief Automation and Development Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Chief Automation and Development Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our IT Services group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new AI and Automation technologies and solutions to transform processes and decision-making across the firm.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying custom solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform. You will also have experience in integrating data from various sources using connectors, gateways, and data integration tools. Familiarity with common AI development, automation, and Machine Learning tools is essential.

About the Role
The Chief Automation and Development Strategist will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, testing, and deploying AI and chatbot solutions to solve real-world problems.
- Developing automation and orchestrations using the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Resource management and task assignment of a team of 3 Full Stack and Power Platform Developers.
- Ensuring documentation exists for all applications, integrations, and configurations supported by the team.
Key Qualifications
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Familiarity with frameworks like Svelte, React, and Angular.
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying custom solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform.
Benefits
Pitcher Partners offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including hybrid working arrangements, paid parental leave, community leave, purchased leave, and public holiday swap programs.
