Job Title: Senior Marketing Strategist - Aged Care

Location: Melbourne, Australia

Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per year

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Strategist to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels to achieve results spanning broader brand awareness and education through to lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign process, including creative development, media planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing & CX team, care home managers, and regional managers, to ensure campaign alignment with overall business objectives
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results
  • Oversee the marketing campaign calendar and ensure timely delivery of all campaign activities
  • Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are executed within financial constraints
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in marketing, preferably with a focus on services-based businesses. You should have at least 6 years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

You will also need to have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex topics simply and effectively. Additionally, you should have sound analytical skills, with experience leveraging data from platforms like Google Analytics into actionable campaign insights.
