An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer-focused individual to join the dormakaba team as a Service Sales Consultant. Reporting to the Service Sales Manager, the Service Team provides preventative maintenance services for automated access equipment, as well as refurbishment and spare part sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Internal Sales to ensure spare part quotes are submitted and followed up.
  • Manage and foster relationships with key state-based accounts.
  • Utilize exceptional organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via regular reporting and meetings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.

While industry experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with transferrable skills who can demonstrate a strong attention to detail, enjoy closing deals, and possess good people skills. Proficiency in our service database (CRM Salesforce/Service Max) is an advantage but not essential.
