We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our market-leading sales team in Moorebank. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and development within our Automatic Doors and Glass account base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and partners to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Provide sales support for the designated territory, leveraging your analytical skills to understand customer requirements and align them with our suite of access solutions and services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to fully understand the market, customers, products, regulations, and current standards.
  • Manage and optimize sales performance, ensuring alignment with budgeted requirements and driving business growth.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring that every interaction with customers is exceptional and drives long-term relationships.
