An exciting opportunity exists for a customer-focused individual to join the dormakaba team as a Service Sales Consultant.

Reporting to the Service Sales Manager, the Service Team provides preventative maintenance services for automated access equipment, as well as refurbishment and spare part sales.

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing key relationships with stakeholders, including building owners, facilities managers, and internal customers.

Your main focus will be pursuing and processing refurbishment quotes for established customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with Internal Sales and ensuring spare part quotes are submitted and followed up.
  • Managing and fostering relationships with key state-based accounts.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via reporting and regular meetings.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers.

Access Solution industry experience is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate who fits our company culture and values.

We are happy to look at transferrable skills, so if you have good attention to detail, enjoy closing deals, can manage interruptions during tasks, are good with people, and want to learn something new, this position may be for you.

Ability to use our service database (CRM Salesforce/Service Max) is an advantage but not essential.
