Job Summary
We're seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our branch team in Moorebank. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in assisting customers with their equipment solutions. You'll be responsible for coordinating daily operations, identifying and responding to customer needs, and contributing to the achievement of team KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, and breakdowns
• Identify and respond to customer needs in person and by phone and email
• Contribute to the achievement of team KPIs – customer loyalty, sales revenue, safety
• Complete branch administrative duties – generate hire schedules, invoicing, etc.

About You
We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a friendly and sociable personality. You'll thrive in a fast-paced work environment and be a quick learner with a high level of attention to detail. Previous experience in a customer service role is essential, and a genuine interest in helping others is a must.
