We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to perform a critical role within our branch teams by assisting customers with their equipment solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating daily operations – equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs & breakdowns.

Identifying and responding to customer needs in person and by phone & email

Contributing to the achievement of team KPI's – customer loyalty, sales revenue, safety

Completing a variety of branch administrative duties – generating hire schedules, invoicing etc

About You
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will ideally:

Have a 38 hour week with occasional Saturdays required

Possess a friendly and sociable personality

Thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Be a quick learner with a high level of attention to detail

Have intermediate computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel)

Have previous experience in a customer service role, and a genuine interest in helping others
