Job Opportunity: Strategic Workforce Lead

About the Role

This role involves leading and delivering workforce strategy initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges, achieving impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project outcomes in collaboration with colleagues and clients, driving client satisfaction.
  • Analyse data to generate insights and recommendations, building strong relationships with clients.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for professional services contributions, enhancing revenue growth.
  • At senior levels, responsibilities include managing client relationships, leading project teams, and owning solution design from end to end, fostering a high-performance team culture.

  • Client-focused with proactive communication skills, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
