Workforce Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled workforce consultant to partner with clients in Brisbane and design solutions for complex people and workforce issues.

Solutions may include strategic change programs, capability development, talent strategies, leadership enhancement, and workplace culture initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end engagements including opportunity identification, commercial management, and project delivery
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Develop and coach the team to achieve excellent results
  • Contribute to the development of future leaders and the company culture
  • Collaborate with clients to create tailored solutions that address their needs
