About the Role

As a Home Care Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping customers maintain their independence and quality of life while remaining in the comfort of their own homes. We're seeking experienced and entry-level candidates for permanent part-time positions in the North Eurobodalla Region.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Providing domestic assistance, such as cleaning and meal preparation
  • Assisting with personal care, including showering and dressing
  • Supporting customers to continue living well and positively
  • Engaging in social activities, such as transportation to appointments and social outings
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable, insured car
  • A relevant Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
  • A current First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a second language a bonus
  • Resilience and ability to work independently
  • Availability to work weekdays and weekends
