About the Role

As a home care support worker, you will play a vital role in helping our customers maintain their independence and quality of life while remaining in the comfort of their own homes. We have multiple permanent part-time positions available for entry-level and experienced home care workers in the North Eurobodalla Region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with domestic duties such as cleaning, housekeeping, and meal preparation
  • Provide personal care services such as showering and dressing
  • Support customers to continue living well and positively
  • Engage in social activities such as transportation to appointments, shopping, and social outings

Requirements

  • Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured car
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willing to obtain)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Resilience and ability to work independently
