Program Manager - Psychosocial Support

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to oversee the delivery of psychosocial support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee program operations to meet organizational policies, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and risk management practices.
  • Manage tailored psychosocial support provided to clients, overseeing assessments, goal-setting, and individual recovery plans.
  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and leadership to a dedicated team of support workers, fostering a positive work culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community services, and external stakeholders, advocating for client needs and service improvement.
