Program Management Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Program Management Lead to oversee a portfolio of state-wide programs focused on participation and inclusion of migrants, individual and community resilience, preparedness and recovery.
The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic and operational management of these programs, including collaboration with local, regional and state sector partners, community groups and government agencies to advance our objectives.
- Foster strong stakeholder engagement skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive understanding of issues affecting people impacted by migration and apply this knowledge to drive program outcomes.
- Use data-driven approaches to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions.
- Proven track record as an effective leader supporting team members from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent intercultural communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
- Ability to broker partnerships and collaborations to achieve organizational objectives.
