Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to lead the implementation of our Mental Health Roadmap across hospitals, services, and functions. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance, coaching, tools, and frameworks to ensure consistent and effective delivery of evidence-based mental health and psychosocial strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive the implementation of the Mental Health Roadmap.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.
  • Lead engagement activities to ensure commitment, ownership, and shared accountability at a local level.
  • Provide direct coaching, mentoring, and technical support to operational managers in identifying, assessing, and managing psychosocial risks.
  • Build capability of leaders to fulfill their responsibilities under workplace health and safety legislation.
  • Develop and facilitate practical training, tools, and workshops tailored to the needs of diverse clinical and non-clinical settings.

Key Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in psychology, occupational health and safety, organisational development, or a related field.
  • Advanced understanding of psychosocial hazards and relevant workplace health and safety frameworks.
  • Proven experience in implementing mental health strategies or psychosocial risk programs in large, complex organisations.
