About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Relationship Manager to join our team at Workforce Australia for Individuals. As a key member of our alumni and supporter experience team, you will play a vital role in nurturing our community of graduates and esteemed leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture relationships with alumni through personalized communication, in-person connections, volunteering, and event interactions.
  • Identify and maximize opportunities to build strong connections with a portfolio of alumni, ranging from recent graduates to esteemed leaders.
  • Collaborate with the central Alumni and Supporter Experience team and colleagues in the Faculty and Schools to achieve shared goals.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to engage alumni and build a strong sense of community.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for building and maintaining relationships.
