Membership Services Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Membership Services Representative. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional service to members.

Job Description:

The Membership Services Representative will be responsible for greeting and welcoming members, responding to member inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. This includes handling membership sales, answering phone calls, and providing club tours.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Membership Services Representative will also be required to maintain accurate records, process transactions, and ensure that the club is always tidy and well-maintained.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR is a must
