**About the role**

With Multiple clubs in the Macarthur area and Prestons. With 500 around Australia, Anytime Fitness is Australia's Best Fitness Group.

As an Assistant Club Manager/Club Manager you will be a crucial member of the team and will be accountable for ensuring the effective general management of the clubs. This will need to be done in such a way as to achieve all agreed targets and effectively lead the team by embracing a balanced approach to managing the business and cultivating an environment in which our BELONG values can thrive.

**About you**

Do you have the following experience and qualities?
- First-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic
- Passion for the industry and changing people’s lives
- General management experience is preferred
- Sales and marketing experience is preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing high-performance teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for delivering excellence in customer service
- Passion for hitting KPIs and smashing out sales numbers.
