About the role

Join the team at Fernwood Women's Health Clubs as a Personal Trainer. This is a casual role based at our state-of-the-art gym at Macarthur Square, Campbelltown. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering tailored fitness programs to help our members achieve their health and wellness goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Consulting with members to understand their fitness goals and developing personalised training programs

  • Delivering one-on-one and small group training sessions focused on strength, cardio, and overall fitness

  • Conducting fitness assessments and providing ongoing progress tracking

  • Maintaining accurate client records and session notes

  • Supporting the wider team and contributing to the positive culture of the club

What we're looking for

  • A Cert IV Personal Training qualification

  • Experience in the fitness industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for health & fitness

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and evenings
