Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Partnerships Coach. In this role, you will work closely with participants to explore their career goals, build confidence, and support them into meaningful employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles.
  • Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health condition.
  • Engage and work alongside employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
  • Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion
  • Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities
  • Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
  • Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
  • Champion Breakthru's values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.
About You
  • You bring empathy, energy, and a strong drive to make a difference. With experience, or a genuine passion, for employment services. You're confident supporting people, building trust and guiding them into meaningful careers.
  • You love taking the time to really understand an employer's business; its people, culture, and challenges so you can identify staffing solutions that truly fit.
  • You're proactive with marketing and networking, and your attention to detail ensures records are kept accurately and professionally.
