Industrial Project Manager Position

This is a challenging role that requires experience in managing industrial projects from scope development through to hand over. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services and meeting or exceeding client expectations.


About the Role
  • Deliver industrial projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Manage project expenditure and cash flow, overseeing cost control measures.
  • Identify and manage construction risk across all projects, escalating issues as required.

Responsibilities

The Industrial Project Manager will have overall responsibility for:

  • Developing documentation for appointment of contractors through competitive tendering.
  • Coordinating front-end activities, including planning, DA, CC, OC processes.
  • Maintaining a positive, client-focused attitude and upholding high standards of service.

Ideal Candidate
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial projects.
  • Strong project financial reporting skills and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and well-developed interpersonal skills.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in industrial project management.
