Commercial Business Manager

Career Overview:

Lead strategic partnerships across pharmacy and GP channels as a Commercial Business Manager. Drive growth through commercial excellence, business development, and sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic channel plans for retail pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, corporate accounts, and wholesalers.
  • Provide clear direction to the sales team, driving performance and accountability in line with business objectives.
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in pharmacy and GP channel management, including working with banner groups.
  • Proven expertise in leading high-performing teams and driving commercial growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure strategic deals aligned with business goals.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry trends and requirements.
  • Degree in a science-related discipline (e.g., pharmacy, medicine) or postgraduate qualifications in business preferred.
