About the Role

You will lead distributor and customer relationships, provide technical and market extension support, and drive strategic growth initiatives to boost sales across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a visit plan for the region to foster strong relationships.
  • Forecast market potential within the region, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Create action plans to enter new markets and attract customers.
  • Build relationships with senior management and decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Deliver presentations, proposals, distributor and end-user training, and other activities to engage end users.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in selling Industrial V Belt and Fluid power products is essential.
  • Able to influence and cultivate high-level relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution-selling strategies.
  • Proficient in MS Office and business software, with a focus on maintaining CRM systems.
  • Ability to grasp and communicate technical information about product specifications and applications.
  • Work from home when not on the road for business development.
